My Christmas Cheese Trees

Here I go again, trying to be creative for the holidays. I was thinking about food in the shape of Christmas trees and remembered those little wedges inside the Laughing Cow Cheese.

So I unwrapped each one.

Then I chopped up some pecans in very fine pieces and set aside.

Next, I chopped some dried cranberries and added them to the pecans.

I mixed together some fresh parsley, dill, and oregano, finely chopped.

I pressed the wedges in the mix of herbs and sprinkle some all around and on top of the trees.

Then I broke off a pretzel stick and carefully slid it in the bottom of the wedge, broken end first.  This would act as my tree trunk.

Finally, I drizzled the trees with honey.

So pretty and tasty too. Spread the cheese on crackers and enjoy!
