Mom used to make the best Ham loaf. It was her specialty and everyone
loved it. I mean there was nothing else like it. So delicious in fact we
could eat it everyday! But it has been the most challenging recipe for
me to duplicate over the years. Oh, I come close....I have tried to make
it many times but it's not the same.
And then one day, I found the a product called Gene Wenger's Famous Ham Loaf at a local store and decided to try it. OMG. It was just like my Mom's ham loaf. Exactly like it. Not one bit of difference!
