This is a pickle container that I have owned for about 5 years and love it. So much so that I bought two of them. Put your pickles or olives or chopped celery or whatever is contained in liquid and it will keep them air tight and fresh. There are four reviews for this product on Amazon and two are good and the other two complain about it being too small. It is small. It holds a small jar of olives, or bread and butter pickles or small gherkins like I keep in mind. So I bought too! Simple solution. I love this gadget and highly recommend it. Can't beat the price!
