Crispy Cheddar Onion Crisps

Made with just 3 ingredients, these Cheddar Onion Ring Chips are an easy snack and a tasty alternative to traditional deep fried onion rings or potato chips. They are delicious and so easy to make. I used my Muffin Top pan to make them and clean up was a breeze!

Crispy Cheddar Onion Crisps

6 thin onion slices
1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
Sprinkling of Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 6 small piles (2 tablespoons each) of cheese on parchment lined baking sheet or use a muffin TOP pan as shown.

Top each slice with a sprinkle of Italian Seasoning. You can also use Cajun seasoning if you want a little spice.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let them cool for about 5 minutes so they get nice and crunchy. Dip in your favorite sauce.

Sauce
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 Tbsp sugar free ketchup
3/4 tsp horseradish
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
pinch of black pepper

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

I use this muffin top pan for many recipes but especially for this one! https://amzn.to/49nuJkQ
