I recently went looking for a new food for my girls. Not that I don't love Stella and Chewy's Freeze Dried Meal Mixers anymore....I just can't afford it. We are finding out every day that the meat used in kibble is not always good. Meat from slaughter houses, euthanized animals or food sitting in non-refrigerated trucks....tainted meat is not good. The food I wanted to find had to have ingredients that were fresh and wholesome. Things that I would shop for if I were making it myself. You simply add a scoop of Canine Health and a little water to make it the consistency of oatmeal. I like to make it a little wetter and they love it even more. I add the drippings from whatever protein I add or you can add a little vegetable, olive or canola oil or coconut oil. I just add the drippings from the cooked meat.
